Graduate Student Contributes Research Article to the Scientific American Blog
Graduate student Kyle Hill recently wrote a piece for the Scientific American blog that examined a concept called the "optimism bias,"
and the difference between the perception of risk and actual risk of a situation.
Hill specifically looked at how the risks associated with smoking are viewed differently by smokers and non-smokers.
